Boost 1.41.0 Visual Studio 2010 Binary

This is OLD and was for the VS2010 BETA. See the new Boost and Windows page instead. The following is a prebuilt boost binary (libraries) for Visual Studio 2010 beta 2. The MongoDB vcxproj files assume this package is unzipped under c:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_41_0\. http://downloads.mongodb.org/misc/boost_1_41_0_binary_vs10beta2.zipx Note: we're not boost build gurus please let us know if there are things wrong with the build. See also the prebuilt boost binaries at http://www.boostpro.com/download.
